Yoga Sequence for Fertility

Below is a simple 10-15 minute yoga sequence I created that will lower cortisol levels and increase circulation to the reproductive organs. Just hold each pose for a minute or two, breathing deeply and relaxing into it as much as possible.

Restorative yoga sequence for fertility:

Uttanasana
Relieves stress and balances hormones.

Virabhadrasana II
Creates a feeling of power and stimulates the abdominal organs. (Do both sides.)

Paschimottanasana
Balances hormones and stimulates the ovaries and uterus.

Supta Baddha Konasana
Opens the pelvis and stimulates the ovaries.

Viparita Karani
Can induce deep relaxation and brings energy to the pelvis.

Sivasana
Creates a state of deep relaxation.

Restorative sequences like this can create a deep feeling of relaxation, so you might want to try this one before heading off to bed, rather than first thing in the morning. You might find it helps you sleep better too!
