PE DIM Detox

Pure Encapsulations DIM Detox

What it is: DIM (diindolylmethane) is the active metabolite of indole-3-carbinol, a substance found in cruciferous veggies.

Why I love it: DIM helps your body break down estrogen through the most efficient metabolic pathway available. There’s also some evidence that it can lower excessive testosterone and androgen levels. DIM Detox includes a few other ingredients that help the liver clear excess hormones once they are broken down with the aid of DIM.

Who should take it: I recommend this supplement for women with symptoms of estrogen dominance or high androgens.
